Nicole Strober is a native Angeleno, born and raised in Beverlywood. She attended Beverly Hills High School and graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Communication.
After college, Nicole spent five years in New York City working in the music industry with publishing companies, major record labels, and management companies, and continued in the business after moving back to Los Angeles, roughly a decade in music overall. A career change brought her into real estate. For ten years she was Director of Operations for a top-producing Los Angeles agent, managing the details of more than 100 home sales from contract to close. Nicole became licensed in 2016 and joined Compass in 2024, where she represents her own buyers and sellers.
What she’s learned over the years is that no two real estate transactions, or clients, are exactly alike. Buying or selling a home is a major financial decision, but it’s also a very personal one. For sellers, that can mean everything from determining what should and shouldn’t be done to a home before it goes on the market, to recommending vendors, developing the pricing and marketing strategy, negotiating the strongest possible terms, and managing every aspect of the transaction all the way through closing. For buyers, it means understanding what they’re really looking for, evaluating opportunities, writing a strong offer, protecting their interests throughout the transaction, and continuing to be a resource long after they get the keys.

Her core focus is Culver City, Beverlywood, Cheviot Hills, West Adams, Baldwin Hills, Ladera Heights and the surrounding Westside, with additional transactions across Los Angeles including Highland Park, the San Fernando Valley, Burbank, and South LA. Having grown up here, she knows Los Angeles not just as a real estate market, but as a collection of neighborhoods, each with its own personality, lifestyle and nuances. Her local perspective, combined with years of experience navigating complex transactions, allows her to give clients thoughtful advice and help them make informed decisions.
