We originally hired Nicole Strober of Strober Homes to sell our home of 40 years right before COVID. Once the lockdown happened, we decided it wasn’t the right time to sell and put our plans on hold. Five years later, we were ready, and Nicole was the first person we called. We moved out of state prior to putting our house on the market so we needed a realtor who could be more hands on. Nicole oversaw the pre-listing preparation like painting and landscaping, scheduling the stagers and photographers, everything that we needed to do in order to showcase our home at its absolute best. Her attention to detail and concierge style service made our transition much smoother. After a couple of weeks on the market, we were in escrow. Along the way, we faced a few challenges, including an unexpected and significant HVAC repair. Nicole clearly explained why it needed to be addressed, recommended a fantastic vendor, and kept everything moving forward without losing valuable time. As a nervous first-time buyer, I never felt lost in the process. She always made sure that I knew exactly what I needed to do and when.
