Working with Nicole was nothing short of amazing. We met with a few agents but knew we found a match the second Nicole walked through our door. But only after going through the process of selling our condo, while also buying our next home, did we fully appreciate the extent of her experience and professionalism. Her focus was laser sharp from start to finish. She guided the entire process with a steady and expert hand. Both our sale and our purchase turned out to be incredibly difficult. Nicole is the best! She did such a great job of helping us navigate the maze of daunting process of purchasing a home. She was able to efficiently take care of getting us through every step of the sale, as well as proactively securing the services we needed (i.e. home inspection, contractor recommendations, etc.). She was even able to help us get credits towards our purchase to help alleviate some renovation costs, so that the sale could happen as quickly and effectively as possible. Nicole is incredibly kind, and constantly made her self available to talk to throughout the entire process. Will use Nicole again!

Nicole Strober was the perfect realtor for selling my home from beginning to end. She immediately organized everything that needed to be completed so my house would be marketed properly and show beautifully for Open House. This included painting, rearranging of furniture, some minor repairs, photography, and scheduling . Nicole took care of all the paperwork, walking us through it all.
The Open Houses were very successful. We had multiple offers the first week and after the second Open House, our house was SOLD.
