More than an online estimate
Online estimates are a starting point, but they can't see inside your home. They don't know about the kitchen you remodeled, the view from the back of the lot or the street your home sits on, and in Los Angeles, those details make a meaningful difference. It's why the same home can get three different numbers from three different websites.
What I look at
When I prepare a valuation, I look at your home itself, recent comparable sales nearby, the homes on the market right now that a buyer would compare it to, and what's happening in your part of the city today. You'll get an honest range based on today's market, and a clear explanation of how I arrived at it.
No pressure, no commitment
Asking what your home is worth doesn't mean you're ready to sell. Many people want to know for planning, for family or estate conversations, or simply to understand where they stand. The valuation is complimentary, and what you do with it is entirely up to you.
If you're curious, I would love to connect.

Frequently Asked Questions
How accurate are online home value estimates?
They can be a helpful starting point, but automated estimates work from public data and can't see your home's condition, updates or setting. In Los Angeles, where value can change from one street to the next, a local look at the actual home often tells a different story.
Is the home valuation free?
Yes. It's complimentary, with no obligation to list your home.
What is my home worth?
Tell me the address and I'll reply with an honest look at your home's value. There is no obligation.
