Nicole Strober

I'm a native Angeleno, born and raised in Beverlywood. I attended Beverly Hills High School and graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Communication.

After college, I spent five years in New York City working in the music industry with publishing companies, major record labels and management companies, and continued in the business after moving back to Los Angeles, roughly a decade in music overall. A career change brought me into real estate. For ten years I was Director of Operations for a top-producing Los Angeles agent, managing the details of more than 100 home sales from contract to close. I became licensed in 2016 and joined Compass in 2024, where I represent my own buyers and sellers.

What I've learned over the years is that no two real estate transactions, or clients, are exactly alike. Buying or selling a home is a major financial decision, but it's also a very personal one. I take the time to understand what matters most to my clients and build a strategy around their individual goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

I'm very hands-on throughout the process. For sellers, that can mean everything from determining what should and shouldn't be done to a home before it goes on the market, to recommending vendors, developing the pricing and marketing strategy, negotiating the strongest possible terms, and managing every aspect of the transaction all the way through closing. For buyers, it means understanding what they're really looking for, evaluating opportunities, writing a strong offer, protecting their interests throughout the transaction, and continuing to be a resource long after they get the keys.

I work with buyers and sellers throughout Los Angeles. My core focus is Culver City, Beverlywood, Cheviot Hills, West Adams, Ladera Heights and the surrounding Westside, with additional transactions across Los Angeles including Highland Park, the San Fernando Valley, Burbank and South LA. Having grown up here, I know Los Angeles not just as a real estate market, but as a collection of neighborhoods, each with its own personality, lifestyle and nuances. My local perspective, combined with years of experience navigating complex transactions, allows me to give clients thoughtful advice and help them make informed decisions.

Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me at a concert, spending time outdoors, playing trivia, or hanging out with family, friends and my rescue dog, Blanche.
