This website is operated by Nicole Strober, a licensed real estate agent (DRE #02001608) with Compass. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. I may update these terms from time to time, and the date below will change when I do.

General information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information about real estate in Los Angeles. It is not legal, tax, lending or financial advice, and it does not replace advice from an attorney, a CPA or a lender about your situation. Real estate markets and rules change, so please confirm anything important before you rely on it.
I work to keep the information accurate, but I do not guarantee that it is complete or current. Past sales and results shown on this site describe specific transactions. They are not a promise or prediction of results for any other home or client.
Working with me
Using this site, filling out a form or exchanging messages with me does not by itself create an agency or client relationship. A relationship begins only when we both agree to it in a signed agreement.
Calls, texts and email
If you give me your phone number and check the consent box on a form, you agree to receive text messages at that number. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never required to work with me. How I handle your information is described in my Privacy Policy.
Content and links
The text, design and photographs on this site belong to me or to the people who allowed me to use them, and may not be copied or reused without my permission. This site may link to other websites. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content or practices.
Limits and governing law
This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on its information. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute about them will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
